Can I use the entire amount in my savings credits toward my reservation?
Yes, if the amount of savings displayed next to the selected hotel or resort is equal to the amount of your available travel savings credits, the entire amount will be applied to your reservation automatically.

Can I purchase additional travel savings credits to save more on my reservations?
You can always buy additional travel savings credits on the website at a deep discount to increase your travel savings credits and can be used toward maximizing your savings on reservations.

Will my hotel savings dollars expire?
Our credits never expire.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
There is no timeline required. You can start booking your next trip today!

Is there a minimum stay required?
No. There is no minimum stay required and no blackouts. You can stay for one night if you want.

What if I don’t have enough credits in my travel savings account to make a reservation?
No problem. Regardless of your how many travel savings credits you have. You can always make a reservation through the website and save up to the credits that exists in your account. The balance determines the amount of savings that you can apply to your reservation. If your travel savings credits are zero, you can still make a reservation, however you will not be able to apply any savings to that reservation.

Are there any blackout dates?
No. There are no blackout days.

Are there any restrictions?
No. There are no restrictions to use the site. Individual hotels may have pet or other restrictions. Please check Hotel Details on the Website.

Can I combine coupons with my savings?
No. Coupons are not allowed to be combined with your savings.

Are there any additional fees?
Taxes and reservation fees are included in the price of your reservation. Resort fees, hotel parking and incidental charges if any, are displayed in the Terms and Conditions of the reservation and will be collected by the hotel/resort. There are no other fees to make a reservation or to access this membership site.

What if I want to change or cancel my reservation?
Cancellation policies will vary depending on the particular hotel or resort you chose. The cancellation and change policies can be found in the Terms and Conditions on the booking page and your reservation confirmation.

Can I use my hotel loyalty points with my savings?
At this time, hotel loyalty points are not able to be earned or combined with the savings because the rates we offer are at wholesale.

Do I have to use my Savings Bank Balance on one reservation?
No. The savings program is flexible enough to allow you to use your entire travel savings credits on one reservation or multiple reservations. The amount that you can apply to each reservation is determined by the parameters displayed within your search and the savings will be featured next to each hotel and resort that you choose.

How long do I have to wait before my reservations are confirmed?
Is there a phone number that I can call?
Once you make your reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation email that includes our VIP member service department phone number.
